How to get more from Black Friday deals

Black Friday seems to be lasting for weeks! So I’ve put together a guide on how to get the most out of your Black Friday purchases. By using a few different Cashback schemes, you can get even more Cashback on your black Friday deals.

I’ve also written a post on how to make money online (no MLM) here.

Step 1: Cashback from Black Friday

First, when I find something I want to purchase, I always go to Jam Doughnut first. There are loads of retailers on there, including most supermarkets! If you aren’t getting Cashback on your food shopping and petrol then you need to start!

All you have to do is purchase a gift voucher via their site and then use it to purchase. Most giftcards can be used online and in store and are available instantly, this will be confirmed when you go to purchase. I actually use jam doughnut monthly for food shopping. By buying a voucher it means I can stay within my budget AND get money back!

If you download Jam Doughnut - make sure to use the code ‘HHOM’ to get an extra £2 Cashback!

Step 2: Using Cashback sites to get even more money back

Next I use either Quidco or TopCashback . They both have lots of retailers on so it’s worth checking both to see which has the highest % back. Quidco often do an ‘opt in’ deal, where you opt in and get extra money off. For example, if you spent £50 at H&M, you would get £10 back plus Cashback.

These two apps you have to go into the apps and click through the link to get to the retailer.

Step 3: Passive income Cashback

And finally, the last two apps require absolutely no effort. their Cashback % are smaller, however, you don’t to do anything so it’s worth having the apps.

The first one is Airtime Rewards (use the code: W7U7BWQY). All you do is link your cards up and start earning money. You can then redeem the money to come off your phone bill. Most major phone companies use airtime rewards - I’m on o2, but EE, 3, GiffGaff etc are all on there.

And lastly Cheddar (use code: SWKJKXI) Again, this is a smaller % but worth having in your phone. Amazon, Tesco and Costa are all on there! They also have the option to buy a gift card and get Cashback that way too.

How much would I get back?

So I’ve used the example of a Ninja Airfryer from Argos which is on offer for £149.

First, go to Jam Doughnut and purchase a voucher for Argos. You would get £7.45 Cashback, plus £2 if you’ve used my code (‘HHOM’ - that’s the letter o). So you’ve already made £9.45 back.

Next, I’d go to Top Cashback and purchase through their link. In this case Top Cashback were offering more back for your purchase than Quidco. You would get £1.49 back.

Meaning in total you’ve made £10.94 just by using two Cashback schemes! Obviously, it’s only worth it if you’d of bought the air fryer anyway. But a Ninja Air Fryer for £138.06 is the price I’ve ever seen for it!
